Dental Bridges

A dental bridge is used to replace a single missing tooth or several missing teeth that are adjacent to one another. As shown in the diagram to the right, it usually involves placing crowns on each tooth adjacent to the missing tooth. Then, a false tooth or teeth fill in the gap between the two crowns.

• It needs to look perfectly natural. There are techniques we can use to make it appear that the false tooth or teeth appear like they are growing out of the gum. The color, the color gradient, the translucency, the shape, and the surface texture, all need to mimic natural tooth structure.
